Safe Haven

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff has always been our top priority.

As the resort prepares to safely reopen, Palm Beach has developed the SAFE HAVEN program which will establish new protocols and guidelines to certify that our guests enjoy a more sanitised stay.

The program is designed to reduce risk, enhance sanitization, and strictly implement social distancing rules amongst guests.

We are eager and looking forward to serving you again with utmost comfort and satisfaction while taking the necessary precautionary measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19.

Because the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our top priority, Palm Beach has developed the SAFE HAVEN program which establishes new protocols and guidelines to certify that our guests enjoy a more sanitized stay. This has been approved and accredited by the Department of Tourism and local government authorities.

The program is designed to reduce risk, enhance sanitization, and implement social distancing measures.

All these efforts have been duly recognized by the Department of Tourism (DOT) and recently awarded the Safety Seal Certification to Palm Beach Resort.
This supplemental accreditation from the DOT is a testament to the resort’s observance of stringent health standards and housekeeping practices amid the pandemic.

As for Palm Beach Resort, it strives to remain true to its mission and commitment to safeguarding guests’ safety, health, and wellbeing.

We are working hard to provide you a safe and relaxing environment. Meanwhile, take care and stay safe. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We are pleased to announce that Palm Beach Resort has been awarded with the ‘Safe Travels’  Stamp by the World Travel and Tourism Council.

The SafeTravels Stamp was created for travellers to recognise destinations and businesses around the world which have adopted the Safe Travels Health and hygiene global standardised protocols.

Palm Beach Resort is committed to safeguarding guests’ health and wellbeing through our Safe Haven program. We solidly comply with the guidelines and safety protocols declared by the national and local governments to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

#AHLRoadtoCovidSafety - To help boost the recovery of the tourism industry from the pandemic, we are stepping up our support for the government’s vaccination by urging our employees to get vaccinated.

Last November 19-20, 2021 at the Multi-Purpose Hall and Evacuation Center of San Juan, Batangas, Palm Beach Resort together with the Association of Hugom and Laiya Resort Owners (AHLRO) and other San Juan establishments completed the 2nd dose of vaccine for tourism frontline workers. The vaccines were allocated through the initiative of the private sectors in partnership with the Go Negosyo’s “Dose of Hope” program and Health Direct Now. This was also made possible by the support of the LGU of San Juan, Batangas headed by Mayor Ildrebrando Salud, together with Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Nestor Alidio Jr. and Municipal Tourism Officer, Ms. Elsie Iyas-Sadsad.

We, at Palm Beach, strive to remain true to our mission and commitment in safeguarding the health and safety of our guests and employees through our Safe Haven program. We solidly comply with the guidelines and safety protocols declared by the national and local governments to prevent the spread of COVID-19. As a result of our efforts, Palm Beach has received the Safety Seal Certificates from the three levels of government: national, regional, and municipal. Furthermore, the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has granted us the Safe Travels stamp which is the world’s first-ever global safety and hygiene stamp that allows travelers to recognize establishments that have adopted health and hygiene global standardized protocols.

We look forward to serving you with the utmost comfort and satisfaction while taking the necessary measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Rediscover Paradise at Palm Beach Resort!
